Some of my patients have compromised immune systems, so can become very unwell if they are exposed to infectious conditions. Consideration for these patients is very important to me.
Acute means it is sudden, brief and severe (such as covid, gastro or flu).
How can you help?
To help me keep my consulting environment clean and safe please call me before your appointment if you or someone you have had contact with has:
- An acute infectious condition
- Fever
- Acute Cough
- Acute Sore throat
- Acute Shortness of breath
- Acute vomiting and/or diarrhoea
If you are unsure, please telephone me. We don’t need to cancel, we can arrange to meet via video or telephone instead.
